She has served one family 13 times, had tenants that have stayed as long as 11 years and been referred to help many of their friends.
She has sold many unique and unusual homes to the special people who appreciate them. From the round house sold to a chinese prince from California, to an old concrete school house that changed hands 3 times as apartments and then was lovingly turned into a real beauty by George( a retired cabinet maker) and Mary from New England and a lovely heart of cypress home complete with "outhouses" that had been moved from the island when the space center was being built and nestled on a large lot with pines in Scottsmoor.
Pat even met her late husband Dick as a result of wearing her real estate name tag in Seartown Mall over 30 years ago. He retired from RCA/GE in 1992. She still wears it everywhere... except the pool at Parrish Fitness Center where you find her most early mornings! She got her first laptop in 1984 and just bought her latest, never losing her love of technology and communications! Technology is her favorite tool!
